Alfonso Pato - Spain
Alfonso Pato has developed his career in television and TVE Galician delegation. Director of the popular show "Onda Curta" and also the director of Cans Short Film Festival (Porriño).
He has been working in several media since 1987 and as scriptwriter for "Magacíns", TVE-G "¡Que serán!" (1999) and "Boa tarde" (2000), since 1995. He has been directing the music contest "Éxito" (2002) and is also collaborator in music, cinema and television themes in the Galician edition of the newspaper "El País".
He was appointed member of the Screenwriters Galician Association (AGAG) in 2011.

His works are represented in various private and public collections such as PLMJ, BES Art Collection, Polytechnic Institute of Porto, Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation, the Portuguese National Photography Collection on deposit at the Portuguese Center of Photography, Ilídio Pinho Foundation, AIP collection. He edited his first monograph in 2008 "Unknown Landscapes" published by Chromma which he created and where he was editor until 2010. In 2011 he published his second monograph "Far Far East: the bridge", published by LEBOP editions, where he was founder and is editor.

Ian Skorodin - USA
Ian Skorodin graduated from New York University's Tisch School of the Arts and began his directing career with an award winning feature film, entitled "TUSHKA", based on the murder of a Native American activist's family. Skorodin moved into animation and is currently directing "CRAZY IND'N", a stop motion animation series. Skorodin's most recent work, "WALKING ON TURTLE ISLAND", is a television pilot that premiered at the 2009 Ashland International Film Festival in April. Skorodin directed "The Homestead", a first hand account of the Choctaw survivors of the Trail of Tears and "Ramona Band of Cahuilla", a historical documentary based on the Ramona Band of Cahuilla Indians. Skorodin has directed music videos for several independent bands including Indian blues band, NATIVE ROOTS. He also directed commercials. Skorodin is currently developing TEN LITTLE INDIANS, a feature length movie about Indians in prison, has been involved in New Media since developing CD-ROMs in 2000. He manages four websites that contain high-end video, audio and animation. He has produced many web based "mini-documentaries" that explore Native American culture and history. Skorodin works extensively in the Native American community of Los Angeles. In addition to his commissioner position with the Native American Commission of the City/County of Los Angeles, Skorodin founded a film festival: LA Skins Fest, a film workshop program, and a scholarship fund. Skorodin also works closely with artistic organizations outside of his immediate locale. He is a board member of the Cherokee International Film Festival in Oklahoma and of the Weeneebeg Film Festival in Canada. Skorodin has instructed many youth filmmaking workshops.
Magali Charrier
Magali Charrier is a London based filmmaker.
She originally trained at Les Beaux-Arts de Montpellier, France, where she specialised in video and experimental animation. When she moved to England in 1997, she went on to gain a 1st Class BA Honors Degree in Choreography & Visual Arts at the University of Brighton and later a Master in Animation at the Royal College of Art.
Her eclectic background in fine art, live performance and animation has led her to develop a unique approach to filmmaking. She magically combines mediums such as animation, dance, voice-over and sound design to create 'visual poems'.
Her award winning work includes commissions from Channel 4, BBC, the English National Opera and the UK Film Council, and has been recognised internationally for its originality and visual poetry.
Her latest film 12 Sketches was premiered at the 54th London Film Festival and has won the NAHEMI Award at Encounters Film Festival (Bristol) and the First Prize for Video Dance at the IDN Festival in Barcelona.
Victor Gama - Angola/Portugal
Victor Gama was born in Angola and currently lives in Sintra. His artwork intersects areas as diverse as music, image, design and installation of contemporary musical instruments. Gama has attracted orders from some of the ensembles and world-renowned institutions as the Chicago Symphony Orchestra, the Kronos Performing Arts Association, the National Museums of Scotland, the New York's Tenement Museum, the Prince Claus Funds and Amsterdam Fund for the Arts. He graduated in Electronic Engineering and Telecommunications, has had a recent fellowship at the Stanford Institute for the Performing Arts at Stanford University. He currently masters at the London Metropolitan University. His most recent work for string quartet instruments and Pangeia Instrumentos was premiered by the Kronos Quartet at Carnegie Hall in New York in March 2010 and presented to the Portuguese audience at CCB in November 2010.
Gama has originated projects such as Berimbau-Ungu with Naná Vasconcelos and Kituxi, which he accompanied in a Southern African tour, in 2004; the Folk Songs Trio with New Yorkers William Parker and Guillermo E. Brown and Makakata Exchange in South Africa with Diso Platges and the Kalahary Surfers. He started in 1997 and is currently developing the first digital archive of musicians from the interior of Angola, the project Tsikaya - Musicians of the Interior.
The sound palette he develops with the Pangeia Instrumentos séries is assembled from elements of percussive elements and chords arpeggios that close a circle between the Indonesian gamelan music and contemporary composers such as Francis Bebey, Steve Reich, Michael Nyman and Erik Satie.
